Grotto
A grotto was built in front of the church in 1988. It was designed and built by Al Stanchina, with help from Daryl Bond and Ralph Jensen. Many others helped to gather rocks. Priest Michael Canny. A special Mass and dedication, conducted by Bishop Francis A. Quinn, was held on May 8, 1988.
The Statue of Mary was donated by Mr. & Mrs. Discoro B. Militar, from Hercules, CA. The two marble vases were donated by Mr. & Mrs. Albert Mason, from Colusa, CA. The bell was donated by Warren & Mary Stone. They also made the wooden crosses for each pew. They are Vickie Moody's parents.
